International Jobs :
The amount of information available for international job seekers will vary depending upon the country he has chosen to work for. Some countries, such as Malaysia and Singapore have advanced job systems in place and there are a number of publications like Graduan that provides news and views on careers and employment for graduates who are looking to take up a job in Malaysia. Similarly, Strait Times carry career-based opportunity in Singapore.

In other countries, however, the centralised system of employment may not at all exist. In such cases, you’ll have to find your own contacts and create your own networking opportunities.

Remember that the length of time taken to find a job will depend upon the type of job you’re looking for; geographical area in which you would like to work; amount of relevant work experience you’ve; level and nature of the employment skills you’ve to offer; and the determination you’ve to succeed to name some.

But before applying for a job abroad, you’ll need to find out about the work permit or employment visa. A good place to start your research will be on the embassy website of that particular country. Also, your CV should contain all the relevant information like qualification, skills… All this information should be assembled in such a way that it not only provides the employer with the relevant information he is looking for about you, but also persuades the employer that you’re worth interviewing.
